1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zyada Academy website and all related services, including online courses, digital content, and community features. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Course Access & Enrollment

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course(s) included in your selected plan. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

• Course access is provided as described in your chosen plan (Starter, Pro, or Elite)
• Lifetime access means access for as long as Zyada Academy operates and maintains the course
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content to keep it current
• You may not share your login credentials with others

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

• All sales are final unless covered by our refund policy (see Section 4)
• We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider
• Prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided that:

• You have not completed more than 20% of the course content
• You submit your refund request to info@zyada.online within the 7-day window
• You provide a brief reason for your request (to help us improve)

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Zyada Academy — including videos, text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — is the exclusive property of Zyada Academy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• You may not record, screenshot, or share course videos without written permission
• Personal notes and summaries for your own use are permitted

6. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute course content to others
• Use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other community members or instructors
• Post spam, offensive, or misleading content in community spaces
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Certificates of Completion

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course and are available to Pro and Elite plan holders. Certificates are for personal and professional use only and may not be altered or misrepresented.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our courses and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or career outcomes from completing our courses. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyada Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access course content will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
